Iron Summit did some lot grading for two of our parking areas and surface prep for a new building. Quick. Efficient and a fair price for the work performed.

We’ve used Iron Summit Excavating on a couple of our properties now and both jobs came out WAY better in the end than we anticipated. We assumed after the first job (leveling a previously botched landscaping job to a lot) that there would still be a lot of ‘hand labor’ (raking) involved to finish it after Iron Summit left. The operator was also able to get way closer to structures and fences with the machine than we thought was possible, and it was impressive to watch how precise he was with the bucket. They were so accurate with their bobcat that there was very little left to do, other than simply spread grass seed. Only a bit of light raking. Also, during the initial estimate / planning visit, we mentioned that we were going to divide that property with a fence, and he suggested he could bring an auger that mounted to the skidsteer. That saved way more time than it would have taken us to dig about 20 holes by hand and didn’t add much to the cost. On the second job, he pointed out a couple of things that we were planning on doing prior to him coming on board that he explained would have not passed zoning rules and probably cost us a lot of money after the fact saving us a lot of likely grief. We have a third job in the planning for a 1600 sq foot garage that will need site preparation (land clearing & leveled) that we will be using them for again.
